Insomia

Did you know 34% of Malaysians have insomnia and 12% have chronic insomnia. 1/3 of Malaysian students are poor sleepers and suffer from daytime sleepiness.

Stress, sedentary lifestyle and nutrient deficiency are amongst the common causes of insomnia. Study shows that those who have inadequate calcium, vitamin D, fibre and magnesium intake generally suffer from sleep issues. Calcium, an essential mineral known for its importance for bone & teeth health, is now proven to be effective in improving one’s sleep quality. Vitamin D, the ‘sunshine vitamin’, also has proven benefits in maintaining one’s sleep quality.

For better synergistic effect between the nutrients for better sleep, research shows consuming Vitamin D3 with Vitamin K2 helps ensure calcium is transported by Vitamin D is being absorbed at where it is needed instead of deposits in our blood vessels.

Better sleep quality starts with calcium, Vitamin D and Vitamin K2
